HISTORIC SITES:
Log Church

Historic Sites:
Lieber Cabin | Log Church | Lusk Home | Narrows Covered Bridge

The Log Church was originally constructed in 1871. It was moved to the park and rededicated in 1923. It stands as a reminder of the religious heritage left by our forefathers.

Non-denominational services are still held here every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (during the warmer months).

To reach the Log Church (also called Oak Ridge Church), take Trail 11 near the Inn, walk across the concrete Old Highway Bridge and follow the wide gravel path up the hill to the church.

A little further up the hill from the Log Church is the Colonel Lieber Memorial:

Note: While this isn't the official park website, it IS the most complete and easy-to-use site, with everything you need to plan a trip to Turkey Run State Park.
